Download and install ABCpdf from websupergoo. I have used and tested the 64 version on Windows 7. You might need to make changes for 32 bit version. websupergoo offers a free license if you meet some requirements. Check for details on their site.

If you want to use another pdf component, you will need to modify the app. There are free pdf components for .NET like pdfsharp and iTextSharp. Another idea is to modify the app to merge the html pages into a single html file, use the browser to print it using any of the free pdf printer drivers. I use PrimoPDF.
